I also had been receiving the $12.99 charges since 12/07 without knowing where the charge came from. There was also NO telephone number shown on my bank statement so I had to call the bank regarding TLG.
I FINALLY waited on hold long enough to get a live person at my bank and told them I had been frauded by TLG. The bank immediately cancelled my card (and is re-issuing me a new card with a different number). They are also refunding all the charges back to December.
I think the best way to handle TLG is to deal with your credit card company first and use the word fraud. It worked for me anyway. Good luck! D. Peterson
