Resolved: Tlg Great Fun - Request for cancel and refund

I hope that you have a nice weekend.
I joined this service on April and I cancelled this service on 07/23/2015.
To my surprise, I found that TLG Shoppers/Great Fun still continued to charge my credit card their standard $16.99 rate even after I had requested to cancel in last month.
Furthermore, I found that they've double charged me since my application; I've got their official cancel confirmation letter for my membership number is 7353****, however, they've charged me for the membership number "7353****".
Because I am not a dual people, it might be there are some mistakes on me or it is very unreasonable measures.
Therefore, I sincerely request to cancel dual billing for me, especially refund my money of April, May, June, July of fee for membership number "7353****" (total may be almost $52, if they charged this month it also has to be included)
