I called ato see what purchase they were referring to only to find out if I submitted the information: name, address, etc. that it is is really a membership application which I would then be refunded $20(maybe from the cost of the membership).

The only way I found out was to call the 800-290-**** number and found out they did not have my information as yet but if I sent in this fake $20 rebsate I would have actually became a member. Their ought to be a means of shutting them down for fraud.

I remember the call and I didn't fall for this scam but I guess they could at least locate my mailing address to send me another attempt to scam me. SOMEBODY OUGHT TO SAY SOMETHING!!!!

I have good experience with Great Fun as well. We just have to read and understand the process well, submit the rebates following their rules, cancel on time, and use a little common sense.

I'm totally against people complaining against GreatFun while it is their own fault they lost money

i tried asking just for rebate - they refused!

I bought 2 concert tickets on ticketmaster and then I received an email about this "GREAT FUN" rebate. I called the number and found out it is a sales pitch to get you to try and join their club.

I declined, but said I still would like the $20 rebate check. The lady on the phone took my name and address and said she would send the check. I received my "GREAT FUN" check..

when I went to cash it, I realized the mis-spelled my first and last name. I am not sure if this was done on purpose.

I have successfully gotten a $20 rebate on a ticketmaster purchase without additional charges. I definitely got a sales pitch to join their service when I called, but simply declined to join any service and made it clear I only wanted the rebate.

I had booked on cheapoair and the pop up for the 20 dollar cash back came up. I called the toll free number.I told them I did not want any other offfer other than my 20.00.

Said they would be sending me a email form. I got that and went to do research on company. Lots of neg stuff. The post with the phone number for greatfun was helpful.

I called them and told them my concerns. I guess they do have membership programs but I am not enrolled and by filling out the form would not commit me. It is information they already have. Name address.

No credit card information. We will see what happens. I told them I would join the class action suit if that happens.

They assured me that my rebate does not involve any membership or other offers. Will give update as things transpire.

After purchasing tickets on ticketmaster.com, I received this coupon to mail in my receipt and something else for $20 cash back.

I did so, about 4-6 weeks, I received my $20 check in the mail. Another time I bought tickets and did the same and received my check with no worries!

But i never had to give my credit card info or pay for anything!

Glad I came across this. Recently received this same offer after buying concert tickets.

I was put on hold for about 20 minutes before hanging up.

Decided to Google the company to see what came up. Thanks for sharing.
