TLG Great fun stealing your money

I had same problem twice. TLG Great Fun is taking $11.99 out of my bank account! I did not authorize too. I called my bank and the the Great Fun. They asked me did I buy air ticket on the internet, so it means they steal money using our information from internet airticket companies. I asked them return my money and they did. But today I found out TLG Great fun charged $11.99 again from my bank account. This is outrageous... I tried to call them but office is closed. I think I will get my money back like last time, but it has to be stopped... Alena
